Operations Process Manager

Job description:
• Optimizes and re-engineer operations related processes, using LEAN - Six Sigma tools and techniques;
• Assures the creation and implementation of new processes in operations area;
• Assures the proper documentation of new and/or optimized processes in operations area;
• Liaisons with key business counterparts, internal or/and external, to obtain their support and necessary resources;
• Supports the build up of a strong process optimization culture within the operation departments;
• Supports the improvement of the process optimization related skills and abilities to the operations staff;
• Reports on a regular basis to the operations management the status and progresses on processes management;
• Participates as expert on projects with operations processes component;
• Follows standard methodologies and rules applicable at GE Money Romania level.

Requirements:
• Strong processes management background and basic knowledge of statistical methods for process assessment;
• Basic project management knowledge;
• Knowledge on technology for operations (at least collection, customer services, call center);
• Analytical skills; ability to systematize large quantity of information;
• Ability to lead and motivate people;
• Communications skills and abilities (facilitation, negotiation, influencing);
• Creative, open minded, good listener;
• Excited for stretch assignments and able to cope with stress.
