Online Brand Communication Manager

Job description:
• Take ownership of the company's public web site www.gemoney.ro, ensuring it drives business results and supports business goals;
• Build, develop & manage the company’s Internet-based marketing tools & applications in cooperation with IT support;
• Use both research tools & data to set up clear strategic online marketing activities;
• Identify end-users needs, satisfaction drivers and preferences. Use relevant insights to drive innovation in the online experience;
• Develop and co-ordinate specific online advertising campaigns to support key product lines, generate leads and increase brand awareness;
• Use web analytics (such as Google analytics) and systematically report on results that tie our marketing initiatives with our business goals and objectives;
• Evaluate and report out latest web activities of main competitors, including their online advertising activities. Keep on top of the latest innovations in the internet industry to build best practice;
• Support sales, CRM and communication initiatives based on e-mails and online communication.

Requirements:
• Strong Internet marketing expertise (+3 years), including good understanding of online advertising landscape in Romania;
• Previous experience in managing web sites, creating web information architecture, site map, content information & applications;
• Strong communication & presentation skills (must posses excellent verbal & written communication skills);
• Project management skills with a proven track record of implementing online communication solutions;
• Team spirit & ability to co-ordinate simultaneously different online marketing projects;
• Good command of English.
