Office Manager

Job description:
• Manage a team of receptionists and facilities coordinators;
• Cooperate with the landlord’s facility manager and external suppliers with the objective to best represent the interest of the company and its employees;
• Supervise the maintenance of office areas and equipments;
• Control all office expenses and costs and plan and manage office expense budget;
• Manage the business relationship with relevant services and materials suppliers;
• Manage operation of employee dining, meeting and resting facilites.

Requirements:
• Prepare an office management concept for the co-located HQ building including; reception, cleaning, employee dining and resting facility, building maintenance; utilities supplies, security system, parking lot and meeting rooms;
• Select suppliers;
• Ensure a smooth beginning of the operation of the new building.
