RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Descrierea postului:
•creating and managing the relationship with the insurance partners – insurance brokers, insurance companies (CASCO insurance, TPL, PPI) negotiation of the insurance master agreements
•ensure adequate staffing and technological infrastructure/support to ensure the effective execution of the insurance function
•managing the operational risk correlated with the insurance activity
•creating, updating and implementing operational workflows and procedures in order to improve the operational efficiency
Cerinte:
•Minimum 2 years working experience within an insurance company or within an insurance broker, especially in Auto Insurance field
•Good knowledge of insurance legislation and leasing sector
•Proven skills in insurance portfolio management and business development
•Be able to learn, understand and communicate industry rules and regulations
•Strong management skills
•Good command of English
•Very good negotiation skills
