to support and assure indoor and on the job training activities;
to assure and support in the implementation of HR procedures in order to assure good organizational climate and development;
to collaborate with members of the department in job analysis, job descriptions, evaluation forms;
to organize and adapted Team building activities;
to support management decisions;
Cerinte:
1 year of relevant HR experience;
good analytical skills;
creativity and flexibility;
high proactive attitude;
very good attention to details;
very good PC skills (Office, Internet);
good knowledge of English;
