Job description:
• Develop a Finance structural/process and system simplification strategy leveraging shareholders best practices;
• Coordinate Finance improvement priorities and project resource allocation through the Finance Staff meetings;
• Review current Finance resource deployment, determine opportunities for improved efficiency and develop a implementation program drawing on centre of excellence concepts and global best practice;
• Support Finance process and system readiness for business initiatives (e.g. NPIs, transaction channel strategies, acquisitions, platform changes);
• Deploy a finance systems strategy that improves the integrity of financial statements, minimises change risk, improves efficiency and reduces key person dependencies;
• Implement an information management strategy that supports business analytical requirements & Finance process needs;
• Project manage Finance process improvement initiatives utilising Six Sigma Rigour (BPMS, DMAIC, Lean);
• Ensure BPMS is embedded into business as usual Finance process management practices and drives ongoing process improvement/project priorities;
• Maintain a fluid project resource pool that responds flexibly to Finance business needs & budgetary constraints;
• Develop an effective & motivated project/systems team through effective communication, development & inclusiveness strategies.

Requirements:
• Finance experience – minimum 5 years;
• Exposure to Financial Services Platforms, Information Management Solutions and Finance Applications – IT Experience an advantage;
• Project Management Experience;
• Excellent Interpersonal and Leadership Skills;
• Communication, Presentation and Romanian language skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects parallel, ensure alignment with Finance Strategic Priorities and Balance Conflicting Customer Priorities within Budgetary & Resource Constraints;
• Six Sigma Certification – preferred;
• Sound BPMS Knowledge and Understanding – preferred.
