RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
This job reports to the National Sales Manager and has the following main responsibilities:
- Coordination of communication to and from Regional Business Managers horizontally and vertically (other departments, line managers)
- Editing monthly reports for the Field Force
- Elaborating, updating and archiving of the main data that record the Field Force activity
- The organisation of workshops, round tables, symposia
- The organisation of trainings, cycle meetings, presentations, minutes- taking
- The organisation of special events, special programs
- Editing monthly expenses reports (for RBM and MSR)
- Preparing all necessary logistic support/ materials for Field Force
- Programs coordination, when required
- Observing the Company Code of Conduct & Core values, ISMO Pharma Code and all other policies and procedures stated by the Company in order to enhance its Corporate Reputation.
- Responsibility to report all accidents (including car accidents), occupational illnesses, incidents and other abnormal deviation to the Line Manager.
