1. Evaluation of database management systems
? Provide accurate feedback at the end of evaluation process
2. Assessment and development of technologies
? Deliver and document the development results according to Bell Gateway development procedures
3. Development of a detailed understanding of the database requirements
? Deliver and report the assessment of the database requirements both to the customers and to the members of the project
4. Design and deployment of database management systems
? Deploy functional database products, according to Bell Gateway development procedures
5. Perform network security tasks which are broad in nature and are concerned with supporting software security tools
? Ensure full network security in the software development process
? Ensure full network security through the nature of the deployed software products
6. Employing security tools and techniques in test conditions
? Ensure the security tool are in full compliance with the host system;
? Ensure the security tools do not jeopardize or endanger the host system
7. Participate in demonstrative activities
? Deliver functional and comprehensive demonstrations
8. Deliver presentations to the staff and customers
? Deliver accurate business presentations
? Sustain QA sessions during the presentations
9. Assist the client in requirements definition and participate in full life cycle development.
? Ensure the customer/team understands the nature of the project/requirements
? Deliver requirements standard documentation based on the consultancy activity
10. Develop or receive requirements for projects, and help with estimation and design decisions for projects.
? Deliver timely project requests
? Accurately estimate the resources to be involved in the project
11. Development and testing of source code, using a variety of methods and tools.
? Execute accurate source code testing
? Ensure the logging of all testing failures
? Debug and resolve all the correspondent failures according to the project
? Receive the written customer test feedback after the testing period
12. Consulting and assistance in software deployment and problem resolution.
? Ensure the full deployment of the project
? Ensure the full functionality of the deployed product in agreement with the customer
? Receive the customer written agreement upon delivery
13. Consulting on methods for development and tool selection.
? Ensure a good assessment level
? Provide accurate written feedback regarding the methods and tool
14. Possible light to medium travel to participate in client meetings and projects.
? Provide accurate feedback during meetings
? Inform and fully deploy documentation, meeting materials, ideas
? Actively participate to discussions in order to reach a high level of customer understanding and satisfaction
15. Participation in code reviews, walkthroughs, and other quality assurance processes currently in use.
? Provide source code feedback according to the development process
? Actively participate to the review meetings, delivering ideas, views and opinions
? Inform and deliver quality assurance warnings if needed
