- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

- Coordinating HR team to obtain efficient results on time
- Responsible for all human resource activities including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and development.
- Ensures consistent application of policies/procedures for recruiting, retaining, recognizing & developing people.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
- Labour relations management.
- Ensures compliance to corporate policies, governmental regulations & laws.
- Prepare and maintain company salary structure.
- Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers.
- Develops or obtains specific training programs designed to meet the Studio needs.
- Implements & directs staffing strategies which ensure attracting & retaining high calber talent within & outside the Studio
- Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries
- Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
