ACCOUNTING AND TAX MANAGER

University degree in Economics/Accounting
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position (experience in services provider company would be a plus)
Certified Accountant/Expert is a plus (CECCAR);
Very good knowledge of Romanian Accounting System, IFRS and financial/tax legislation;
Knowledge in preparation of statutory and IAS financial statements
Good knowledge of budgeting
Excellent English
Computer literate
Excellent knowledge of Romanian regulations
Previous exposure to accounting software required
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams
Problem solver
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Good time and people management skills
Reliable person and able to assume responsibility

RESPONSABILITATI:
Because of our strong brand and continuously development, our company, G4S Security Services (ex Group 4 Falck Valahia) needs more members in its team. Thus, in our head quarters in no. 53, Maior Coravu Street we have created a new job of ACCOUNTING AND TAX MANAGER who will have these responsibilities:
- Coordinating and controlling the preparing and issue of the monthly trial balance and of the periodically fiscal reports, according to the Romanian legislation;
- Coordinating and prepare all the financial statements: the balance-sheet, P&L, the cash-flow, and all the financial reports according to the Romanian legislation and IFRS;
- Controlling, assessment, training of personnel under his/her command;
- Organizing and coordinating all the activities in the economic department: accounting, invoicing, following incomings, payment, inventory, analyzing the direct and indirect costs, making the good decision for the financial indicators;
- represents the company in relation with the Romanian financial authorities;
The Accounting and Tax Manager report to the General Manager and has under his/her direct command the Accounting Head Office.
