We are looking for an interviewer/recruiter who graduated Psychology with experience in recruitment and selection, able to conduct an interview (structured and semi structured), to obtain information on work history, competences, training, education, and job skills, etc, to match their qualifications with employers' needs, recording and evaluating applicant experience, education, training, and skills, in one word…………..To understand the client, the job and the applicant profile.
