Fundraising Manager

- University degree (preferably in the economic and/or business administration areas)
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good spoken and written English, German is a plus
- Good computer skills (MS office applications)
- Pro-active, creative, analytical, rain-maker, leadership abilities
- Willing to learn and assume responsibilities
- Willing to travel internally and abroad
- Clean driver's license

- Responsible for set-up and development of a professional fundraising program
- Proposes and implements development strategy for organization
- Establishes contacts with donors
- Represents the organization toward third parties
- Maintains relationship and information flow to partners and donor base
- Prepares periodic reports to board and donors
- Manages COMUNIA projects
- Manages COMUNIA budget
- Forms, trains and motivates the local team to achieve objectives
- Coordinates the organization activities and distributes tasks to local team
