Job description

National Project Manager for the MGS "Movement, Games and Sports" project;
- One-year contract (100%); Renewable;
- Frequent and long staying in Craiova (Dolj region)
- under supervision of the delegation
- works in close partnership with the MGS coordinator

Responsibilities

 Has a good knowledge and overview of the local MGS project
 Provides support in the situation analysis
 Provides support in the operational planning (partners, regions, resources, obstacles)
 Provides support in the selection of participants
Identifies national sports champion
 Maintains regular relations with the MGS coordinator and national project managers from other countries
 Shares regular reports of the project with the MGS coordinator and the Delegation
 Analyses feasibility and sustainability of actions of the project
Is responsible for the translation of all written documents
 Provides continuous support to the MGS coordinator
 Translates during the 2 week training and the replication training
 Translates during the coaching time
 Ensures the link between the MGS coordinator, partners and participants
Is responsible for the coordination and follow-up of peer replications
 Ensure a permanent relation and coordination with the Tdh Delegation and teams concerned by the project
 Supports the MGS coordinator in analysis of national actors (universities, schools, etc.)
Supports the MGS coordinator in representing the MGS project
 Helps the MGS coordinator to supervise the research on the MGS project impact (questionnaires, interviews, evaluations, etc.)
 Guarantees respect to the Tdh Child Protection Policy and guarantees respect by all persons involved in the project
 Informs on all situations of concern
