| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University Degree (preferably in Financial field)
- Proficient in French
- Advanced level in English
- Proficient in the use of Ms Office, especially Excel
- At least 1 year working experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in using an ERP System is an advantage |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Conduct analysis of component families or sub-families as instructed by the Strategic Sourcing Manager (and Commodity Manager): Pareto (20/80) analysis of targeted components or suppliers, compare existing known pricing, etc (as per Manager’s instructions). Evaluate the current spend for our plants outside Europe in order to propose alternate solutions;
- Follow up the request for quotations and project plans;
- Cost Of Sales comparison to be updated on a quarterly basis;
- Bill Of Material validation;
- Participate in best practices implementation in order to speed up the global comparison (price, quality, technical data, . . .);
- Update % adder data for our imports,
- Update Iron and aluminum casting benchmark + quarterly report of potential savings;
- Create and maintain a dashboard for the main activities (with a monthly publication);
- Update suppliers data in cleansing/eliminating missing/wrong information. |
