| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Proficient in French
- Advanced level in English
- Good PC knowledge, especially Excel
- Previous working experience in a similar position is preferable
- Previous experience in using an ERP System is an advantage |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Assistance in preparing negotiations with suppliers: historical price/volume analysis; price comparisons with alternative suppliers; preparation of supplier performance data (Quality, delivery, etc)
- Ensure the correct supply of components for certain component families: compare factory forecasts and supplier order levels; communicate with materials planning department
- Analyze and measure supplier delivery, communicate performance to suppliers.
- Follow up modifications in specifications and / or drawings
- Update open / blanket order parameters to ensure the supply chain functions correctly
- Validate orders on a day to day basis, enter acknowledgments and update the Purchasing Information System
- Check conformance between volume ordered and delivered and update the Information System in association with Factory Material Planning systems
- Check orders against reception for correct and timely payment of invoices
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks to update the Information System: component/supplier approvals, pricing & delivery time data.
