Requirements:

- the ideal candidate is a fresh graduate but any relevant experience is an advantage
- excellent (near native level) command of French, Italian or Spanish
- intermediate command of English
- motivation to relocate to Budapest and willingness to attend an interview in Budapest (travel costs are not refunded by our client)
- strong customer orientation and a desire to handle clients professionally

Tasks:

- Provide prompt and polite customer service to the company’s clients
- Professional communication with customers on the phone and via e-mail
- Handle incoming queries and address complaints with a positive attitude
- Provide information to clients and find the best solution to arising problems
- Log case details accurately
- Cooperate with other team members and with colleagues abroad
