EDUCATION:University degree

SPECIALSKILLS: very good HR legislation knowledge

Main purpose of the job:
Provide strategic and operational direction to the company’s human resources department. Assist CEO in establishing human resources strategic objectives and operating policies and procedures to ensure attainment of corporate objectives. Evaluate results within business units to determine if HR objectives are being met. Establish and coordinate responsibilities and procedures among subordinate divisions and departments.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management.
Coordinate and supervise the implementation process of performance planning and performance appraisal
Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
Organise, improve and implement the HR procedures and forms; follow-up of HR procedures efficiency
Report relevant HR information to the Division.
Perform all employment procedures and forms’ completion (hiring approval, salary package, benefits, job & company presentation, changing positions, salary changes, recruitment requests, dismissal notices, vacations, legal and internal policy etc.)
Elaborate and update the Organizational Chart, Job Descriptions
Evaluate and fill up Job Descriptions, in accordance with organizational levels, jobs’ purposes,
Create reports for HR current activities and HR development
Employees development: identification of training needs, setting up training objectives, planning training, evaluating results
Maintain the Personnel Management database
