SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST ( BILLING ) - MULTINATIONAL TELECOM COMPANY

- Experience with business process reengineering, including gathering and documenting requirements, documenting workflows and developing specifications for the programmers required
- Must have prior experience on project team for implementation, customization, or enhancements to billing and/or ERP systems.
- 1 – 2 years experience as a Functional Business Analyst, Project Lead, Process consultant.

Responsibilities:
- Perform business requirements analysis for allocated projects related to the financial and billing area;
- Organize and performs user interviews to determine business requirements related to functionality, reports, performance, data;
- Facilitate and coordinates required meetings, ensuring all recommended modifications achieve both systems and business objectives;
- Analyse and define user requirements and translate them into system requirements to ensure understanding by all project members;
- Create business specifications documents and obtain sign-off from all interested parties;
- Work with technical project team to translate business requirements into technical specifications;
- Validate that the developed solution meets requirements, SLA, test plans, test cases and helps preparing the training material, by organizing and participating at the final meeting with the user when presenting the solution;
- Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data, and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making;
