Requirements:

- University degree in economics,marketing, public relations,)
- Experience in conference / event production
- Proven trackrecord in sales
- Experience in find raising a plus
- Experience in project management – a plus
- English proficiency
- Computer literacy (MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook; Internet browsing)
- Excellent networking and information gathering abilities
- Planning & organizing abilities
- People management and excellent customer service skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Time & priority management skills
- Availability to travel
- Driving license - B category - advantage

Role:

Produce and continuously develop large conferences that will make a positive impact on large scale communities, growing the fame and well being of your company.

Responsibilities:

- Identifies conference topics and develops conference agendas
- Assists in the marketing strategy
- Establishes and maintains relationship with industry leaders and media contacts
- Conducts research with key contacts, previous and potential attendees
- Identifies, invites and schedules potential sponsors and speakers
- Coaches, monitors and mentors the production team
- Supervises the administrative process of organizing conferences, ensuring easy event-flow
- Manages the conference follow-up
- Manages the conference budget
