CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- knowledge of MS ActiveDirectory, MS Exchange 2003
- very good German and English knowledge, Romanian
- 1-3 years of system administration experience.
- project experience (desirable)
- strong inter-personal and communication skills (friendly, settled)
- fundamental understanding of customer needs and orders
- fast learning of given new processes or process changes |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Mission: Implements account related tasks in a customer system via a given tool
Tasks:
- Accepts, identifies and executes orders from the company trouble ticket system
- Administers user accounts in a Microsoft Active Directory environment
- Executes assigned trouble tickets
- Documents solution in the trouble ticket system
- Offers minor telephone support to the customer |
