| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Education:
University level, technical or business degree.
Experience:
Junior Project Manager:
At least 1 year working experience in Project Management (handling several small-sized projects at the same time is a plus);
At least 2 years experience in the IT field;
Leadership of low-risk projects: experience in managing people - at least 3 people for at least 1 year;
Senior Project Manger
At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT Project Management (managing large-sized projects, country wide distributed, is a plus);
Successfully accomplished at least 2 medium –level sized projects;
Leadership of medium/high-risk projects: experience in managing people - at least 5 people for at least 2 years.
Knowledge:
Deep knowledge of project management principles, practices, methodologies and tools;
Planning tools;
A good understanding of the IT landscape;
Good knowledge of quality management systems;
Good command of English (spoken and written);
German knowledge is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent planning and organizing skills;
Able to prioritize tasks and adapt to change;
Ability to develop, plan and implement short-range and long-range goals;
Ability to closely monitor and manage project steps, processes and deliverables;
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines;

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsible for delivery of assigned projects, ensuring that the goals and objectives specified are accomplished in accordance with priorities, time limitations or other specifications.
Responsibilities:
Responsible and accountable for achieving projects and contractual objectives within specified time, cost, resource and quality constraints;
Responsible for planning the projects, allocating and directing staff and resource to accomplish projects’ tasks and maintaining control over the assigned projects.
Tasks:
Supporting sales Department in pre-contractual negotiations;
Identifying IT solutions and optimal implementation methods according to business requirements;
Establishing a realistic project plan identifying clearly the deliverables and associated resources for the delivery team involved;
Ensuring technical feasibility of functional specifications;
Ensuring proper synchronization with other projects, either internal or transversal;
Managing vendors and subcontractors;
Managing acceptance;
Organizing and motivating the project team;
Identifying, assessing and managing risks to the success of the project;
Ensuring appropriate communication and coordination across sub-departments or departments related to the project;
Contributing actively in defining/challenging and fine-tuning the methodology and processes related to the project management activities;
Reporting to the unit manager;
Setting-up final receptions documents, requested by the project management methodology and stipulated in the contract;
Supporting adequate delivery parameters.
