System Engineer - CLUJ

Education:
University level, technical / IT degree;

Experience:
At least 3 years working experience with the tasks mentioned above in the IT&C field;

Knowledge:

„X Trends and context in IT&C
„X Knowledge of Microsoft WIN98, WIN2K & XP
„X Knowledge of Microsoft Office 97, 2000, 2003 & XP
„X Knowledge of StarOffice / OpenOffice and Lotus SmartSuite
„X Knowledge of SCO UnixWare, Linux or BSD
„X Good command of English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities and tasks
„X Operating and maintaining the IT infrastructure of the Cluj branch;
„X Proper working and maintenance of the customers¡¦ IT infrastructure in accordance with the specific contracts;
„X Multicash installations;
„X Maintaining correct and complete project reports data;
„X Understanding in-depth the customer¡¦s IT strategy and priorities;
„X Establishing and maintaining effective communication with the customer¡¦s IT specialists;
„X Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction;
„X Administrating LAN, WAN, Internet connection, WEB and Mail servers for the Cluj Branch;
„X Acting as IT consultant (software & hardware) for local and national projects of Forte Business Services;
„X Installation/setting up/customizing the OS (Windows, Linux, BSD) suite applications (MS Office, OpenOffice) and firewall, antispam, antispyware, antivirus applications;
„X Reporting to the Branch Manager.
