| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Education:
University level, technical or business degree.
Experience:
At least 5 years working experience with the tasks mentioned above;
At least 3 years experience in the IT&C field;
Knowledge:
Solutions and service portfolio of IT&C;
Trends and context in IT&C;
Commercial methods and tools such as pricing, terms & conditions, controlling;
Development of business plans;
Risk management;
Good command of English (spoken and written);
German knowledge is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent planning and organizing skills;
Able to prioritize tasks and adapt to change;
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines;
Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively deal in a team environment;
Excellent negotiation and communication skills;

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the creation of proposal that create win-win situations with the customer and win the deals;
Responsible for the management of the proposal projects in time, budget and quality.
Tasks:
Lead, plan and control the proposal project;
Understand customer needs; develop proposal strategy and solution concept;
Validate feasibility and capability to deliver;
Coordinate all aspects of the proposal project in accordance with the strategy defined;
Identify, obtain and manage all proposal project resources; Forecast and monitor costs of the proposal project;
Manage time frames, deadlines, milestones and deliverables;
Report progress to management;
Obtain necessary approvals to proceed at milestones;
Plan project management of the subsequent customer project;
Obtain internal, subcontractors and 3rd party agreements and commitments;
Manage risk and knowledge transfer.
