Financial Controller of one of the most important Business Units – reporting to CFO

Requirements:
- University degree, preferable in Economics or Business Administration;
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position, within multinational environment;
- Good knowledge of International Accounting Standards;
- Good understanding of the business environment and processes in the market area of the Unit (IT services);
- Computer literate, SAP knowledge is a plus;
- Good command of English (spoken and written), German knowledge is a plus.
- Good attention to detail, organized, diligent;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines;
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively deal in a team environment;
- Result-driven, with proven leadership potential.

Job Description:
- Unit financial controlling, reporting and forecast (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) according to US-GAAP;
- Project, contract and controlling, reporting and forecast according to US-GAAP and Siemens rules;
- Analyzing the differences between budget and actual and execute forecast;
- Assisting CFO in the day to day operations in Company’s various requests;
- Supporting CFO in development/documentation of internal reporting and control procedures and applying them in the Unit;
- Preparing all necessary documents for the Unit (documents for year end, for internal and external audit, etc.)
- Supporting contract and risk management in the Unit.
