CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
EXPERIENCE :
- University degree in Computers Science, Mathematics, Business IT, or related discipline
- At least 2 years experience of JAVA programming : Java, ANT, JUnit, JDBC, O/R mapping and object persistence
- Familiar with UML, Object Oriented Analysis, Design and OO Programming
- XML, HTML, SOAP
- Databases : MS SQL Server, MySQL, Sybase, stored procedures; good understanding of database design
ASSETS ( not required, but highly valued and appreciated):
- Familiar with OO Design Patterns and Refactoring concepts
- Knowledge of all or any of following: Eclipse, Struts, Spring, Junit, Hibernate, Portlets
- Unified Process and Agile development methodologies are considered a plus
