| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
You will have:
- 3-5 years' experience in recruitment, preferably gained within a recruitment agency
- An advanced network of contacts
- Dynamic, confident personality with a sense of humour.
- Fluency in English and Romanian
- Proven ability to be pro-active and responsive to clients' needs
- Excellent communication skills

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
You will:
- Head the first Romanian office to be set up in Bucharest
- Assist in the launch of the company on the market and recruit further employees as required
- Develop business relationships with key contacts on the market
- Liaise with candidates and existing clients, building positive relationships between both
- Manage recruiment assignments using various resources to identify potential candidates
- Interview / screen candidates while representing your client company
- Brief/de-brief clients and candidates and assist negotiations between the two
