| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree, preferable related to engineering, logistic, services or industry
- 3 years in Quality Control, Quality Assurance and/or Statistic Process Control
- Planning and organizing skills
- Leadership and communication skills
- Drive for result & Analyse issues
- Fluency in English language (written and spoken)
- PC literacy: MS Office

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- The incumbent is responsible and garant of the Quality and Food Safety Assurance and Quality Improvement in all Timisoara FM Romania Platforms, for warehousing, copacking activities and all support activities. The activities are required to reach and maintain the FM Romania Quality requirements and Quality strategy.
- Fully understand warehousing, copacking and transport process and its interrelations with connected processes.
- Fully understand and commitment to achieve quality and food safety objectives and tasks
- Technical/Functional knowledge and expertise related quality control (reception, preparation, delivery, transport), quality assurance and improvement activities.
- Fully understand for analyse and put in place actions regarding customer claims/complaints
- Ability to analyse data and identify issues to be address for improvement
- Ability to understand and apply local regulations related to job and company procedures
- Build relationship and manage disagreement
- Establish plans and manage implementation
- Initiate and ensure activities/projects for continuous performance improvement.
