Flash / Flex Developer

Technical skills

Required qualifications:
• Experience in OOP
• Good knowledge in developing Flash/Flex-based web applications (ActionScript 3.0)
• Flash/Flex component development
• Experience in developing Frontends for data-driven applications (SOAP, remote objects ...)
• Sound knowledge of state-of-the-art software architecture principles and software design
• Good spoken and written English
• interested in (or even experienced with) high load and high availability applications

Optional qualifications:
• Experience with one or all of the following languages:
Java, C#, Javascript
• Knowledge of agile software development with SCRUM, XP and/or KANBAN
• Knowledge of FlexUnit
• Experience with LCDS, BlazeDS or WebORB
• Experience with Maven and/or FlexMojos

Your responsibilities
• Architecture, design, implementation, testing, documentation of flex applications in close cooperation with other departments
• Technical coordination and integration of external components and applications
• Retention of technology leadership through permanent training
• Close collaboration with our technology supplier Adobe

Overall purpose of this job:
Responsible for the design and development of bwin applications and core components
Ensuring the quality of the software and non-functional requirements (security, performance, availability or scalability)
Actively working together with other teams and the business requisitioners
Supporting the team in preparing releases and the rollout
