CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

• Minimum 3 years experience in selling IT and/or related services, on the private sector market;
• University Graduate - Economic/Technical Studies;
• Experience in IT would be a plus;
• Willingness and freedom to travel;
• Able to develop sales strategies in accounts with timely follow-up to close deals;
• Able and willing to equally deal with representatives of various private companies in Romania and abroad regarding IT solutions and services;
• Diplomatic, sensitive to cultural differences;
• Dynamic, resourceful, self starter and fearless person;
• Able to perform sales & marketing presentations, and trainings to executives and individual contributors either in a group setting, one on one, or over the phone;
• Proven expertise in selling custom software development and/or GIS solutions is strongly recommended;
• Expertise in selling solutions and services based on Oracle technologies would be a plus;
• Highly customer/partner-focused, high-level negotiation skills, target-driven, goal-oriented, deadline-oriented;
• Experience working in a dynamic environment;
• Passionate about selling;
• Proven expertise in selling of software development services, technical consultancy services, general consultancy services;
• Proven expertise for working with various types of customers (private and/or public owned companies, Romanian or non-Romanian companies);
• Knowledgeable on general rules and regulations about tenders, would be a plus;
• Familiar to manage with sales pipeline on multiple services portfolio and tracking/reporting in CRM/Sales Management systems;
• Desire to help build a world-class IT organization;
• Fluent in English (required); a 2nd widespread foreign language would be a plus (French, German);
• Willingness to work based on consultancy agreement would be a plus.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

This job offers an excellent opportunity to launch a career on an ascending professional path. The position will evolve to an Private Sector Unit Sales Manager on a medium timeframe, will benefit of careful guiding, along with the experience and reputation of the AlmavivA Group companies.

The International Area Sales Manager is responsible for sales and key account development in the assigned international sales area.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage the complete sales cycle in the assigned territory, according to the company Sales Method Blueprint;
2. Generate and maximize revenues for the assigned territory;
3. Set up and maintain different opportunity-based partnerships in the assigned areas;
4. Work closely with customers and partners together with their technical, sales and marketing teams;
5. Provide customers/partners with sales, marketing and logistic support;
6. Participate to the elaboration and updating of the sales strategy and business development strategy for the Private Sector Business Unit;
7. Assist and validate project delivery teams, supporting them to succesfully close projects on forecasted projects' P&L and timelines in order to meet or exceed the annual sales quota;
8. Work closely with partners, identify the requirements of their customers, facilitate technical information in easy-to-understand terms of collaboration and develop relationships that meet partner and customer's needs;
9. Develop new opportunities in the local market and beyond to their maximum potential accountable for maximizing commercial opportunities within the assigned territory.

The Private Sector Area Sales Manager will be part of a dynamic Sales & Marketing team. He/She will participate to the analysis and consultancy related to business decisions following to internal or external notices.
