| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Finansbank (Romania) SA is looking for young, talented and dynamic candidates for the Management Trainee Program for SME (Small & Medium Enterprises) Banking Division.
The aim is to attract young individuals, whose primary interest is to learn the business and apply their academic and prior experiences in our environment.
The candidates, selected after the recruitment process, will receive an extensive 3-month training on banking and banking products, which includes Classroom Trainings, Rotations through different Departments, and on-the-job Trainings in branches or in Head Office departments to get prepared for their first assignment
Qualifications:
- Undergraduates or graduates with Economic background (promotion 2005, 2006)
- Average mark of the study years: over 8.50;
- Very good command of English;
- Previous experience in sales would be a plus;
- Actively participation in student projects and student organizations;
- Customer and result oriented, dynamic, enthusiastic, creative, motivated persons with very good interpersonal skills and team spirit; |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Following the completion of the Program, trainees will be hired in Small Business Department in Head Office or branches from Bucharest.
Job description:
- Represents the Branch image in the relation with the clients - SMEs;
- Increases the sales of Branch products for the SMEs;
- Establish the first contact with the clients and plans specific future activities;
- Maintains a good relation with the existing clients and makes cross selling for the new products;
- Knows all the characteristics of Finansbank products and competitors’ ones and make suggestions for range improvement of Finansbank products. |
