CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- College Graduation - psychology, post university courses in Human Resources may be an advantage;
- Experience in the recruitment field (at least 2 years);
- Very good command of English;
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, motivated person with good interpersonal skills and team spirit;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Recruitment and selection of personnel according to the bank's needs;
- Administration of the candidates' database and CV files;
- Administration of the recruitment tests;
- Providing counseling and support for managers in HR related issues;
