| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Proven banking experience in corporate banking field (minimum 2 years);
- Very good command of English;
- Very good negotiating, initiative, and persuasive skills;
- Understanding of financial analysis;
- Young, dynamic, client oriented, self-confident, ambitious;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Identifies oportunities on the market;
- Proposes the Marketing Department in the Head Office the development of new products;
- Makes approaches for drawing new customers;
- Develops the relation with the existing customers;
- Promotes, negotiates, structures the banking products;
- Analyzes the customers’ applications and their financial performances;
- Prepares the documentation necessary to approve the credit limit/ utilzation requests, etc;
- Obtains the signatures (bank and customer) for all the contracts prepared;
- Prepares on weekly basis the visit schedule to customers and reports upon its fulfillment;
- Prepares monthly reports upon the activity of the customers in the portfolio;
- Knows and observes the legal stipulations and the internal norms typical for the department’s activity;
- Periodically, prepares internal/ external reports typical for the department’s activity;
