FINANCIAL REPORTING CONSULTANT

Clarity Systems, a global leader in providing effective Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions and Financial Governance, is currently looking for Financial Reporting Consultants to join our team in providing clients with efficient and innovative solutions to meet their business needs.

The ideal candidate will become a subject matter expert in this field and possess the ability to understand our client’s needs. Applicants should have a strong understanding of the external financial reporting process (e.g. 10K and 10Q) coupled with an excellent business acumen. XBRL (EXtensible Business Reporting Language) training will be provided

Qualifications

Good understanding of GAAP
Financial Reporting Experience
Prior XBRL exposure (nice to have)
Accounting Designation a plus
Strong communication skills
Willingness and legal ability (required documentation) to immediately travel and work across Europe (approximately 30% yearly)

Scope of Role
Become a subject matter expert in the field of XBRL and provide expertise to the sales team during the sales cycle.

Job Responsibilities

Professional Services:
Provide consulting services to our clients in implementing XBRL financial reporting solutions using our product, Clarity FSR
Provide training services to our clients on XBRL
Provide training services to our pre-sales team on the use of XBRL

Market Awareness:
Keep up-to-date on XBRL activities in all of the markets that we serve

Pre-Sales Support:
Assist the pre-sales team in demonstrating the use of Clarity FSR to potential customers, with particular emphasis on XBRL solutions

Marketing Support:
Assist in writing white papers and marketing collateral, in relation to XBRL
Participate in webinars related to XBRL
Assist in designing marketing awareness programs to extend the awareness of Clarity FSR to other players in the XBRL industry
Assist in developing partnerships with other players in the XBRL space
