Candidatul ideal:

- Graduate from economics studies / maths / statistics
- Good analytical skills
- Presentation skills
- 2 year experience in a Corporate environment
- At least 2-year experience in financial analysis and forecast
- Financial modeling experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel usage, very good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good organizing skills
- Team player and punctuality
- Customer focused
- Problem solving skills
- Very good level of English (writing and speaking)
- Negotiation and coaching skills
- Ability to deliver according to deadlines
- Experience in using Cognos or other similar Business Intelligence systems
- Desire to develop professionally
- Experience in a Balanced Scorecard environment or implementation is an advantage.
- SQL and VBA knowledge is an advantage

Responsabilitati si beneficii:

- Attend the budgeting process for operational performances at area level
- Support the divisional operations managers in establishing their business strategy and transpose them into numerical objectives by using the Balanced Scorecard concept
- Use and develop internal financial and operational models
- Establish operational and financial targets for the Operations department according to strategy
- Take part in developing action plans in conjunction with the regional operational managers
- Use the Business Intelligence system monthly to present the operations management with the variations against the established targets, and explain such variations.
- Assess the operational and financial performance on a monthly basis at area level and draw up proposals
- Use the reporting tools to asses operational performance at all hierarchical levels
- Consult staff with support and operations departments on the efficiency of operation tools
- Support and collaborate with all employees in order to increase the effectiveness of financial systems used to developing the Business Intelligence system
- Contribute to maintaining and increasing the level of understanding the results and other financial notions
