FINANCIAL MANAGER

If you have:
• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting,
• Expert accountant diploma and solid knowledge of the Romanian fiscal legislation
• At least 3 years experience in a management position within the financial – accounting field
• Experience in ERP system,
• Strong knowledge and understanding of international accounting standards
• MS Office literate knowledge
• Fluency in spoken and written English, French would be a plus
• Strong personality, good organizer of the company’s financial – accounting activity

And you think you’ll be able to:

• be responsible for month-end closing process and produces monthly and annual financial statements.
• be responsible with preparing of Annual Budget (balance sheet, Profit & Loss cash-flow)
• organize accounting books according to Romanian regulations and fiscal laws.
• organize and supervise inventory cycle counts and annual count (inventory and fixed assets).
• manage tax position and relation with fiscal authorities.
• reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledger and resolves differences.
• be involved in the Group Consolidation Reporting.
• manage Human Resources, Administrative activities
• be responsible to organize, prepare the documentation for the Board of Directors (Administrators), following the legal requirements applicable for the Share Market.
• be responsible to provide monthly and annual financial statements applicable for the listed companies to Share Market;
• plan, organize and coordinate activities for external audit.
• compile financial information and assists in the preparation of reports.
• use accounting and financial software applications, statistical packages, and graphics packages; to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.
• applie a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations; verify documents for completeness and compliance with government and company’s financial operating manual
• make periodical reporting to the Group system against targeted goals
• realize budget establishing and its quarterly reevaluation and controlling
• do implementation of the goods insurance policy, according to the Group’s regulations
