| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University Graduate + at least 6 years relevant work experience in financial area.
• Accounting Qualifications + good knowledge of IFRS and consolidation
• Knowledge of Romanian fiscal legislation and requirements.
• Ability to motivate, lead and utilize effective management techniques.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of people.
• Ability to meet constant deadlines and make difficult autonomous decisions.
• Disciplined, self-motivated and self sufficient.
• Results and detail orientated.
• Obtains thorough understanding of planning and budgeting process and management reporting.

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job summary:
The Financial Controller will be responsible of the financial and control department and will support the Country Manager to achieve the goals and objectives of the Group by monitoring the performance of the Companies, ensuring the overall Law compliance and the monthly reporting to the holding company.
Main activities:
• Is responsible for supervision of the accounting, including preparation of financial statements and reports, budgets and forecasts, and management information.
• May head all or any combination of financial operations: controlling, budgeting, treasury, payroll, tax or management accounting.
• Compliance with legal controls including VAT, tax returns and other obligations.
• Initiate changes and develop new accounting policies as required.
• Manages Account Receivables in liaison with Sales Directors & Customer Services.
• Ensures consignment guidelines are implemented and metrics are achieved.
• Monitors daily financial operations. Analysis of new accounting trends.
• Prepares, presents and interprets financial reports to management and appropriate groups. Flag issues proactively.
• Communicates with tax authorities, tax specialists, lawyers, and auditors to ensure legal compliance, at a minimum cost to the company.
• Ensures smooth communication with Country Manager and Romanian Management team.
• Gives guidance & visibility to Country Management team on sales deal profitability and cross functional initiatives.
• Supervision of maintenance of all accounting records and systems.
• Manage contracts with third parties
• Ensures leverage of financial tools
• Performance is measured by quality compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manages, supervises, appraises and motivates accounting team.
• Decides on training and devises possible employee development programmes for the financial support staff.
