Finance Responsible

Your skills:

• Completed economic oriented education-mandatory
• 2 years of experience in Finance Administration / Payroll
• Good knowledge of Romanian labour law
• Proficiency in MS-Office
• Very good English skills
• High reliability, excellent analytical and communication skills, flexibility

Your Duties:

• First contact point concerning all employee requests regarding the payroll
• Creation of employment contracts, additional acts
• Preparation of payroll and accounting (incoming invoices, outgoing invoices) for our external accountant company
• Contact person for public authorities
• General administrative tasks (mail handling, petty cash)
