RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
MISSION: To integrate the needs and financial controls of the station management division with the current Lukoil system. To ensure all financial budgets are adhered to and all systems are operating correctly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Proactive in developing new control systems.
• Create, implement and control all administration systems.
• To implement strict financial control of all financial budgets.
• To control, order and obtain the best prices for office supplies.
• To check and control all bank deposits.
• To control and ensure the maintenance on all company assets.
• Ensure store audits are carried out correctly and on time.
• Liaise, manage and control all professional services.
• Work closely with I.T. to ensure computer systems are efficient.
• Develop, implement and control the bookkeeping and invoice payment systems.
• Maintain site asset register.
• To control, manage & implement staff salaries.
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
• Capital and revenue project budgets adhered to
• Store auditing carried out accurately and on time
• All financial control systems in place and working effectively
• I.T. systems proficient
• All reporting staff well trained and efficient
• Good relations with the company bank, deposits correct
• Company assets in order and maintained
• Good working relationship with company bank
• All staff paid on time and through the bank
• All suppliers paid on time and rebates received on time
• Smooth and efficient running of all administration systems
• All legal requirements adhered to
