| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Professional qualifications:
• University degree (preferably in Economics and/or IT)
Job requirements:
• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience (retail service industry)
• Basic knowledge on Credit Cards
• Organizational and planning skills
• Self starter and proactive approach
• Team spirit, accuracy and reliable person
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight dead lines
• Good communication skills
• Computer literacy
• English Knowledge

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Key responsibilities:
• Portfolio management
Issues monthly portfolio analysis / commentary, showing Through the population (lead indicators); co-incident and lagged delinquency; vintage and segment analysis
Ensure credit MIS package is circulated monthly
Ensure portfolio caps are tracked
Conduct monthly loss forecasting
• Systems
Implement local DWH for Cards MIS
Ensure data integrity and reconciliation of local DWH with all Card systems/Hosts
• Compliance and Control
Establish Self-Assessment and Testing Process
Complying with regulatory and audit requirements
Ensure accurate reporting at all times (both internal/External)
