PROFILE:
• High energy, enthusiastic team player
• Excellent coaching, influencing and communicating skills
• Proficient technical knowledge of retail operations an advantage
• Holder of a full and preferably clean driving license
• Previous training experience
• Previous experience in a retail outlet

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
MISSION: To determine training requirements and provide solutions to all areas of store operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Train and develop store managers to ensure operational excellence and highest standards of customer service.
• Develop and conduct workshops/seminars that meet the training requirements of all store, field and office personnel.
• To be knowledgeable on systems, equipment, operations and human resources.
• Formulate policy and procedure manuals.
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
• Mystery shopper scores
• Store sales targets
• Employee turnover
