CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

* University degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3-5 years of working experience preferably in Power Generation/O&G industry.
*Experience with installation and maintenance programs for steam turbines
* Familiarity with steam turbine internal alignment, component repair and other related maintenance services.
* Hands-on field service experience is preferred
* Willingness to work continuously on construction site and travel worldwide. The position requires not less than 70% of the time being out of home.
* Demonstrated EHS mindset and compliance.
* Good command of oral and written English skill is a must.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

The Field Service TA coordinates a team to perform specific repair and maintenance works to a steam turbine section (Low Pressure, Medium Pressure, High Pressure)
Daily record progress, identify bottle necks and act proactively, continously inform the Supervior
*Organize the team according to the workload and activities to be executed
* Strong knowledge and implementation of EHS general and specific rules typically for his job and function
*Provide all materials, parts , tools, equipments required by the job at the working place
* Provide technical knowledge to the skilled labors who are working on the customers’ site so as to ensure that the work meets the requirements of the customers. .
*. Ensure employee and subcontractors safety practices are in compliance with EHS and other applicable regulations and policies.
