| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Job requirements:
Ideal candidate will be:
- young graduated or junior engineer (age 25-30) with Degree in Physic or Engineering (mechanical, electronic or materials)
- specialization in welding area preferably field joint coating, corrosion protection will be considered an asset.
- proficient in English language
- proficient user of Microsoft package
- available for offshore assignment
The candidates who will be accepted for the position, will receive an international employment contract from our Client; the contract will start with a 6 months training period in the company’s discipline training center, followed by assignments onboard the Client’s pipelay vessel fleet.
The employees will receive training in specific field of filed joints fabrication, basic welding notions, grinding, FBE application, PU application, corrections and repairs on coating lays, corrosion protection, testing procedures, quality control, etc

Job scope:
Fabrication of coat field joints to specifications as per relevant field joint coating procedure and issued work instructions
Main responsibilities:
- supervise the fabrication of the coat field joints to specifications and as per relevant field joint coating procedures;
- issue the work instructions for FJC applicators and FJC senior applicator
- assists the riggers’ activities in the fire-line
- perform the field joint coating qualification test to client’s specified acceptance criteria on each project
- identify the coating machine functional problems and require corrective actions
- assign the shift/ daily tasks to the coating applicators and follow their activity
- perform the safety training during the daily tool-box
