| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture
• At least intermediate level of English
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office user)
• Previous experience in sales, product marketing or as technical expert
• Solid crop management knowledge
• Analytical thinking
• Driving licence - B category |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Accountable for six major areas: crop expertise, solution and new product launch maximization, claim opportunity support, and collaboration at the farm-gate/ internally/ externally
• Organize and locally manage field trial demonstration sites and liaise with growers in support of the local sales team
• Assists Marketing team in preparation of technical marketing materials and articles
• Develop and run service programs to support specific commercial assortment sales
