RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
MISSION: To ensure the accuracy & control of all company assets by way of regular station audits.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To audit each assigned station every month to accurately control the company assets.
To identify any weaknesses in either company policies or operational systems of control.
To be fully knowledgeable of all systems, equipment, operations and company procedures.
To be the eyes & ears of the company.
To report any discrepancies of assets to the finance manager in a timely fashion.
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Stations audits carried on at least monthly
Weaknesses in procedures reported
Shrinkage/losses kept below 1.5% of sales
System improvements identified & reported
