| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University Graduate
Minimum one or two years experience in one of the following: PR & Communication, Online Research, B2B
Experience or knowledge in the human resource market would be a relevant advantage.
The candidate must have strong written and spoken German and English skills.
German language professional / business skills would be a real advantage.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills, must be a team worker, must be open minded, flexible, creative, with a strong sense of initiative and enthusiasm
He / she should also be responsible, well organized, self-confident, and results oriented

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Providing research support for the company’s specific projects.
Assisting the advisors in their specific activity
Participating in the recruitment and selection process
CV screening, phone interviews, candidates’ evaluation.
Publishing job adds.
Providing feedback on interviewed candidates.
Organizing and maintaining the companies databases.
Issuing specific documentation in Romanian, German and English
Reporting related to the research activities
