| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
- Solid OOP and programming algorithms knowledge
- Solid knowledge of one of the following web technologies: PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, ColdFusion, JSP
- Good understanding of SQL databases and XML
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript
- Basic Dreamweaver and Flash knowledge
Represents a plus:
- Solid Flash/ActionScript knowledge
- Solid JavaScript knowledge
- Knowledge of multiple server-side technologies (PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, ColdFusion, JSP)
- Experience in working with Dreamweaver and Flash extensions

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The job will imply very diverse and challenging tasks and research on the latest web technologies (Flex, AJAX, ActionScript 3, etc).
The company will provide Flash/ActionScript training if necessary (the main requirement for the candidate is to have solid programming knowledge). The Web Developer will work in a creative team on developing applications and tools using the latest web technologies.
Job responsabilities:
- Developing web tools based on Flash/ActionScript combined with XML and server-side technologies
- Developing Flash components using ActionScript
- Developing parts of web sites or applications
