Export Sales Director:
1. is in charge of orders and shipments, supervise sales personnel, keep records, and deal with customers who are returning or exchanging merchandise
2. understanding international fashion market demands and finding new buyers to export Bien Savvy’s products world wide

3. attend trade fairs and fashion shows to observe trends
4. interact with the merchandising, design, quality control, and fabric technology departments, finance, marketing, and retail sales personnel .
5. Negotiate price and terms of delivery
6. determine the optimum cost price which Professional buyers should expect to pay.
7. predict months in advance what accessories products will sell and at what prices
8. needs to stay current with the fashion industry
9. needs to have enthusiast, creativity, imagination, decisiveness, good judgment, and strong analytical skills. Some of these qualities can be obtained from experience and others cannot be taught. The most important qualities that cannot be taught are enthusiasm and self-motivation.
10. needs to be flexible because they may be working in the office one day and traveling to another country at short notice.
12 .Bachelor's degree in retail, buying, marketing, fashion, business, is preferred for a Export Director position
