| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree (social sciences/ medical background – advantage)
Min. 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Previous experience in a similar position – advantage
Excellent presentation and selling skills
Very good communication and relationship skills.
Ability to use technical equipment during training.
Willingness to travel, dynamic person
Team player; able to work under pressure
Fluent in English, driving license (B category)
Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Identifying training needs of internal and external customers and developing learning solutions or tools, according to the needs and business objectives
Training preparation, including preparation of materials for training and for trainees
Prepares technical support and ensures that appropriate training conditions are met
Conducts training process.
Monitors feedback on completing training courses in order to improve the quality of the services provided
Is responsible for implementation of new educational programs and structures.
