| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree
- Experience in pharma and/or customer relationships
- Knowledge of Cegedim products and services (Teams and Sales Data ) is considered an advantage
- High level of communication & presentation skills
- Abilities to work well with international teams
- Customer oriented, team player, well organized, methodical, able to work well under pressure
- Fluency in English, MS Office skills - advanced level |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Maintains and develops professional relationships with the assigned accounts
- Achieves the highest customer service levels and budgets on an assigned group of customers
- Plans customer service projects and assures their delivery on time, within budget and on high quality standards
- Identifies client needs and potential new services on existing customers, evaluates the business potential and available resources
- Informs and coordinates all actions related to its clients |
