| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Strong understanding of local pharmaceutical market
• Solid previous experience in sales & marketing in pharma industry – more than 5 years in project and/or team coordination
• Marketing knowledge and basic finance knowledge (budgeting)
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Strong abilities in coaching and developing others
• Strategic Business oriented
• Good in establishing, developing and maintenance relationships
• Selling and influencing abilities
• Solid knowledge of MS office (word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Project Management Tools
• Very good written and spoken English
• Driving licence
